The main pool was closed . Two smaller pools were available, but I was not informed about this at check-in. I didn't get to know my room location until I got to the room. (I was a bit disappointed.)

the grounds were spacious and well maintained.
i booked a room close to the main pool but there was an odor. it seemed to be coming from the air conditioner filter and smelled moldy. a staff member sprayed air freshener, however, my friend developed a sore throat.

I really liked how clean and well-kept everything was. lifeguards were always around the pools. it was easy to relax knowing they were having fun nearby. the golf cart service was also super helpful. It made getting around the resort with kids much easier.
The towel policy felt a bit odd. We only got two towels initially. asking for more reminded me of an extra step. some areas of the hotel seemed a little outdated and could use a refresh. the kids' playground also looked a bit worn.

I found mr ariel caintic very helpful and attentive. He. my room was clean. i really liked the filipino vibe throughout the entire hotel. It was nice.
The music played near the pools was a bit loud. I wished for a quieter area.

The hotel has multiple pools including one with slides, nets, waterfalls, bridges and islands. It is very child-friendly. the spa offers a variety of treatments and provides good value. the resort offers multiple golf carts to drive you everywhere.

staff were very friendly and always willing to help. waiter service for food and drinks is available near the beach via qr codes. the staff brought items i left in the restaurant directly to me.

the room included a bathtub. my beautiful room had tea and coffee facilities. air conditioning worked effectively. the rooms were spacious.

The premier beautiful room felt spacious. Beds are comfortable and the room also feature separate tub, shower, and toilet. Food was tasty at both the buffet breakfast and during in-room dining. All staff seemed polite and showed professional attitude. They did assist us very patiently, given we have a senior.
However they tried their best to was nice.

The location provides convenient access, as it is about thirty minutes from the Mactan Airport. The resort offers a helpful shuttle service. This creates a peaceful, private feel, which we appreciated since it helped us relax.

The staff members were genuinely nice, and they helped us with our baby. Staff members greeted with positivity and kindness. The resort was kept clean and had many options for pools and relaxing areas. Alegro Restaurant had delicious diverse cuisine.
